Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Build Black Business purchase.

Returns & Exchanges: Unworn, unwashed, and unused merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition.

To request a return or exchange, contact us at ricemarket@russellcenter.org with your order number and reason for the request. Please do not send merchandise back without first contacting us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the item. If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error on our part.

Final-sale, clearance, promotional, customized, or otherwise designated non-returnable items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
